La Joliette: Magnifique Villa sur la plage - Prix TF1

La Joliette won an award in the TF1 show "les Plus Belles Vacances" in August 2018.

A well-deserved award because it is quite simply a dream address!

Cap Nègre, Pointe du Trésor (a few meters away), îles d'Or (opposite) ... these names are more than just appellations, they are the poetry of an enchanting place. It's no coincidence that the famous guitarist Bob Geldorf got married at Le Canadel (unforgettable image of Demi Moore docking her paddle on the small pontoon of our beach), that several filmmakers have chosen to shoot in this environment ("Demain tout commence" with Omar Sy, "les Volets verts" with Gérard Depardieu and Fanny Ardant, "Mandibules" by Quentin Dupieux ....) and if, to name but a few, the Rolls family (Royce's partner), Sacha Distel, Carla Bruni, Denis Brogniart, or Stéphane Bern, each in their own way lovers of beauty and adventure, have made Le Rayol Canadel their home,

La Joliette is reminiscent of a small village, with its 2 independent but interconnected houses, its many terraces, its patio that comes alive as the hours go by, and its many rooms, each with a different view of the sea or vegetation.

Above all, La Joliette is exceptional for its waterfront location on the beach of Canadel (commune of Rayol Canadel sur mer), 30 km from Saint-Tropez, and for its sublime view of the sea and the Golden Isles.

Luxury, calm and voluptuousness, in and around the house: the Canadel beach remains a "confidential" address, not visible from the road, and accommodation remains rare: no camping, little construction thanks to a real policy of protecting the coastline, everywhere luxuriant vegetation, as far as the eye can see the sparkling sea and, in the midst of all this generous and rejuvenating nature, here and there a few magnificent villas (like ours) each with its own charm (turrets, arcades, patios...) and history (3,000 years of history)..) and its own history (3 were built by the famous English industrialist Mr Rolls). In short, a destination for the privileged!

The Villa is divided into 2 houses with a common entrance, spread over 2 floors.

First floor - first floor / top floor (entrance door access) :

• Entrance hall with staircase to lower floor RDJ-Ground floor
• Right: the 1st house with its kitchen, cathedral lounge (6m HSP) with piano and Tectona tables, and 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (1 private, 1 shared).
• Left: the master suite with bedroom 1 with double bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with WC and private access to the garden.

On the ground floor (access via the interior staircase in the entrance hall or via the garden):

• A 2nd large kitchen, and a 2nd vast living-dining room with a Max Alto dining table (3 meters wide) and a large Bolia corner sofa
• 3 further bedrooms on this level with 1 shower room and 1 WC PMR

The patio leads from the reception-kitchen area to the bedrooms, the garden and the beach.

Each room offers a different, sublime view of the sea, the Golden Isles and the vegetation (2 bedrooms have a view of the vegetation at the rear).

• 4 large terrace areas: ~90m² roof terrace (ideal for yoga sessions facing the sea!), 2 large ipe terraces, shaded natural terrace under cork oaks
• Planted garden (many local species: cork oaks, eucalyptus, mimosas, lemon trees, palms...)
