With an incredible surface area of 50,000 m², made up of half fenced meadows and half undergrowth, this unique location offers a striking setting for your filming, photo shoots and advertising creations. Natural and modular spaces can be used for outdoor scenes or to capture immersive atmospheres using natural light. Whether for shots in the middle of meadows or captures in the undergrowth, the visual potential is endless. We offer a range of spaces suitable for all types of audiovisual production. For example, our old farmhouse has been transformed into multi-purpose venues offering options for both rustic and elegant scenes. Each independent building has varying volumes, ranging from 20 m² to 100 m², with access to common or private rooms, ideal for makeup, actor preparation or even team briefings. In addition, a high-speed Internet connection is available throughout the site, thanks to two professional subscriptions and Wi-Fi antennas deployed in all interior and exterior spaces. This ensures technical continuity for streaming filming or remote working sessions. A 5 x 10 m salt swimming pool (heated from May to October) is also available, offering opportunities for filming aquatic scenes or simply for the teams to rest between takes. Furthermore, if you need specific equipment or configurations, we work with you to meet your expectations. Our rates for rental of filming spaces are based both on their use and on the services requested. In low season, we offer progressive discounts which increase with the duration of the project: -10% for 2 weeks, -35% for 3 weeks and up to -50% for 4 weeks and more. It is also possible to combine access to the premises with on-site accommodation, available in different formats (studios, independent houses, etc.), adapted to the needs and budgets of the teams. On the logistics side, this strategic space is located in the heart of Périgord Noir, with remarkable ease of access 30 minutes from Brive airport, or 2 hours from cities like Bordeaux, Toulouse or Limoges via the A20 and A89 motorways. This makes it an ideal destination to welcome teams from all over France or international destinations. Surrounded by historical monuments, breathtaking landscapes and a legendary gastronomic culture, the site also provides an inspiring environment for breaks or outdoor sequences.
