This arrangement is ideal for scenes requiring a restoration frame or briefings during a production. Retro design adds unique charm to your visual project. Next door, an open kitchen, fully equipped with a bar counter, is available. It includes a Tassimo coffee machine, a kettle, access to the refrigerator and a bar-type space, designed as a potential decor or even as a functional space for your breaks between shots. On the living room side, a sofa can accommodate 4 people in a cozy atmosphere, and a 65-inch OLED television (with HDMI input, Chromecast and Apple TV) is accessible. This equipment is ideal for real-time feedback or for integrating broadcasts into your productions. To support your technical needs, a network printer is available for fast, on-time printing. For your audio needs, the space is equipped with a high-performance SONOS system, allowing you to broadcast your content indoors and outdoors, adding a professional touch to the soundscapes of your projects. The fiber optic internet connection, with Wi-Fi accessible on all floors, ensures fluid and rapid communication throughout production. A private terrace of 10 m² offers you an outdoor setting, furnished with a table and sofa for 6 to 8 people. It can be used as a relaxation space for the team or as an outdoor setting. Ideally located in the Montparnasse district, this space is a 1-minute walk from Cambronne station and 5 minutes from La Motte-Picquet, served by metro lines 6, 8 and 10. The proximity of the station also facilitates the logistics of teams and equipment. The toilets are directly accessible on this floor. As an option, you can rent the 5th floor, an air-conditioned veranda with sun loungers and a terrace offering a spectacular panoramic view of the Eiffel Tower and the Invalides, for a rate of 150 euros per additional day. This location then transforms into a perfect setting for filming or shoots requiring an emblematic Parisian view.
