Barbecue & "RoofTop", two magic words for a unique setting during your film shoots, advertisements, video clips, and photo shoots.

100 m2 of terrace at your disposal to enjoy, exchange, present, film and photograph.

You will also have access to everything you need to have a memorable barbecue (utensils, plates, cutlery, dishes and glasses...).

Also ideal for photo shoots, we have a red brick wall like in New York.

Our terrace is equipped with a coffee table with 10 seats or more, a large table for 8 people which you can adjust into two tables for 4 people.

Several spaces allow you to enjoy it while sitting, standing or lying on one of our sun loungers ☀️

Also at your disposal is our 10 m2 veranda, equipped with a sofa.

On the ground floor From our apartment, you will naturally have access to our kitchen to prepare your meals and the fridge.

A WC is accessible on the ground floor.

During your production, I will always be available and discreet by remaining on the ground floor.

Useful information and not least all the food shops are a stone's throw from our apartment!

A friendly and atypical place, with a large terrace, a red brick wall and multiple fittings, for original and welcoming productions.
