It is a house in an old farmhouse which transports you to a bucolic space, a perfect place for your filming, video clips, advertisements and photo shoots.\n\n As soon as you cross the threshold, the dazzling brightness, due to its East/West orientation, invades the space. \n\nIt is possible to rearrange the house, the dining room, the garden (390m2) for your receptions or filming as you wish: \n\n- the living room is 42m2, it is L-shaped and can hold two tables of 4 meters each with around 25 to 30 people at the tightest. \n\nFor more intimate scenes, it is possible to keep only the sofas and armchairs, which makes 17 seats. \n\nAnd finally, a row arrangement is possible, with 3 rows on one side and 5 rows on the other (plus a row on the wall if necessary), to see broadly this arrangement can accommodate 40 people but it can go up to 50. \n\nThis allows you to have a vision of all the participants on the same thing: someone speaking or the screen for example. \n\n- the dining room is 12m2, it can accommodate a table of up to 3 meters with 10 to 15 people around. \n\nFor the row arrangement, it can accommodate up to 15 people. \n\nThe space is large and gives you the choice of all possibilities for your decorations.\n\n The house remains decorated, it has already hosted a lot of events, particularly around music. \n\nMoreover, several pianos can be used (7 pianos: 3 grand (including two in the living room, 2 uprights, 1 electric grand, 1 electric upright). \n\nAn atypical and spacious place, with a beautiful garden and numerous pianos, for unique and creative audiovisual productions. \n\nTHE ASSETS OF THE HOUSE: \n\n- a bathtub \n\n- a well in the garden \n\n- a fireplace \n\n- an arbor in the garden \n\n- a bedroom with an attic roof in Oléron pine with beam \n\n- Recent and old music score \n\n- Large wooden staircase with full-length bookcase (with many old books) \n\nHOUSE EQUIPMENT: \n\n- WIFI: we are in the process of taking out a subscription but in the meantime there is a 4G key \n\n-. TEAPOT: ok\n\n- COFFEE MAKER: two machines, one with filter and one with capsule \n\n- PAPER AND PEN: ok \n\n- PRINTER: two printers available \n\n- PROJECTOR SUPPORT: 1 television screen or 1 projector \n\n- DISHES: available (glass, cutlery, plates, cup/bowl) \n\n- PAPERBOARD: ok \n\n- REFRIGERATOR: 1 in the kitchen / 1 in the garage: the garage which is located in the entrance to the house on the ground floor with an opening into the garden can be a good governed location.
