This large house is located in the south of Oise, 45 min from Paris by train. It's an old water mill in a country village, with a surface area of 400m2, and lots of charm! This unique location is easily accessible from Paris (TER line Paris-Beauvais), making it the ideal setting for a shoot.

The house has 3 levels Ground floor: a living room with the wheel mechanisms, a dining room, a large, welcoming kitchen - with self-service coffee machines. Second floor: an open-plan space with table soccer, a large table and a sofa.
