Nestled in the heart of the Marais, in a private passage, this atypical 135m² loft offers a unique and warm setting for your filming and photo shoots.
Distributed over two levels, it consists of a ground floor of 90m² and a first floor of 45m². The parquet floors, exposed stones, glass roof and overhead light create an authentic and inspiring atmosphere.
The interior is decorated with carefully selected furniture: glass desks with wooden legs, a chaise longue for moments of relaxation, a Red Edition sofa for discussion or reading scenes, coffee tables for cutting plans or intimate interviews, poufs for a relaxed atmosphere and original lighting fixtures for a designer touch.
You have the option of renting both levels or just one of them, depending on the needs of your production. Imagine scenes of daily life in an authentic and warm setting, interviews with an original and inspiring decor, long shots highlighting the space and brightness of the loft, or even dance or music sequences in an open and friendly space.
This location is perfect for film, commercial or documentary filming, photo shoots, fashion shows or corporate events. An independent studio/office in the building can also be rented to accommodate 1 to 2 people (double bed).

Nous avons loué le loft d'Arièle à l'occasion d'un tournage vidéo. Nous avons reçu un super accueil, très attentionné qui nous a permit de travailler dans de bonnes conditions. L'espace est très chouette, très agréable, facile d'accès et parfaitement modulable ! Arièle a été extrêmement réactive à tous les niveaux - échanges fluides, repérage et remise des clefs. Ce fut une très bonne expérience !
