Unconventional and graphic duplex with a spiral staircase and glass partition – Paris 3rd arrondissement

An approximately 39 m² Parisian duplex on two levels (ground floor and first floor) located in the 3rd arrondissement and overlooking an interior courtyard.

The 22 m² ground floor brings together a kitchen open in light wood, a living area in white and natural tones, and above all a black spiral staircase, a true signature element of the space. The light walls and courtyard-facing openings provide a neutral base easily exploitable on camera.

Upstairs, the atmosphere changes: a loft-style bedroom/office under the roof with natural light from a Velux skylight, warm and golden touches, then a black glass partition opening onto a turquoise bathroom, which allows for a much more graphic and colorful decor.

Thus, the duplex offers several ambiances in one place: a contemporary living room, kitchen, graphic staircase, bedroom, office, glass partition and colorful bathroom.

Particularly suited for photo shoots, interviews, advertisements, web content and social media, portraits and small fictional scenes.

The space is ideal for light crews of 2 to 5 people, with a maximum capacity of 6 people.

Ceiling height of about 2.40 m on the ground floor. On the upper floor, the height under the roof varies, from about 1.60 m to 2.40 m.

The apartment is a lived-in residence: the objective is to welcome light productions in a warm, authentic setting that is immediately usable on screen.

Important: the courtyard and common areas visible in some photos are not included as shooting spaces.
