The space includes a 6m-long kitchen, equipped with a large table that can seat up to 10 people, ideal for culinary shoots or meal scenes. A small bathroom with shower and WC is also available. 3m high ceilings, stone walls, terrazzo and antique parquet flooring. A cosy space with floor sockets is available for telecommuting. Enjoy a quiet environment and an ideal backdrop for your film shoots. Espresso machine, teas and herbal teas are at your disposal. The lively Rue de la Roquette district offers plenty of options for lunch breaks. Please note As the apartment is on the ground floor, remember to bring extra lighting for filming from October onwards and throughout the winter.

Nous avons adoré revenir dans ce lieu, il était parfait pour le tournage de nos contenus réseaux sociaux.
Très bel espace, avec une belle hauteur sous plafond pratique pour les tournages. Accueil au top !
L’accueil était vraiment top, et le lieu est tout simplement magnifique. C’est un endroit parfait pour les tournages et les shootings photo, tout est bien pensé et pratique. Je le recommande sans hésiter, c’est une vraie pépite !

La propriétaire Laura a été particulièrement arrangeante, que ce soit lors des repérages et le jour du tournage. Un grand merci à vous ! L'atelier est charmant, bien décoré et dans une cour très calme.
