Room conceived by an artist in the heart of the 10th arrondissement
This 48 m² room was conceived by the artist Margaux Derhy, in the 10th arrondissement of Paris. An uncluttered space with striped white walls, lit by its skylights, with 3 m high ceilings and track lighting on dimmable spots.
The venue has three lives: an exhibition room, a classroom and a table. It hosts photo and video shoots, filming, workshops, conferences, dinners, yoga or meditation.
On site: six tables and eight aluminum benches, a projector and videoconferencing system, fiber wifi, Sonos speakers and a real equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, cooktop).
Capacity: 50 standing, 25 seated. Entrance of 1.80 m width accessible by three steps, and service entrance via the kitchen. No vehicle access in the passage, but a boat in front of the building to unload.
