Artist's House in Provence - Garden by the Water with Private Access to the Sorgue

Bright artist’s house on the banks of the Sorgue, in L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, this villa offers several settings in one place for photo shoots, campaigns, branded content and filming. The house develops a singular Mediterranean aesthetic, blending art, design, vintage furniture, found pieces and natural materials. The living spaces benefit from beautiful natural light and large openings onto the garden and the river. Living room, dining room, open kitchen, veranda, bedrooms and a study offer varied atmospheres and shooting angles. The real asset of the place is its relationship with water. The tree-lined garden descends directly to the Sorgue, with private access to the river. Banks, vegetation, reflections and living water compose a natural backdrop immediately exploitable, with the possibility of shooting from the property or on the water. The garden surrounds the house and allows exterior settings to be multiplied: a large table under the trees, relaxation areas, vegetation, the facade of the house and different viewpoints on the river. Inside, the house includes 3 bedrooms as well as a workspace equipped with a single-seat banquette, which can also constitute an additional set or serve, depending on the needs, as a prep space. The veranda and the various living spaces also make it easy to organize spaces during a production. 140 m² of interior space · garden · private access to the Sorgue · natural light · 3 bedrooms + 1 office/bedroom · veranda · open plan kitchen · 3 private parking spaces · 12 kVA electrical supply. This residence is located in L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, in the heart of Provence and near the Luberon. Shootings and filming are studied on a case-by-case basis depending on the size of the crew, equipment and production needs.
