Awarded the "Architecture Contemporaine Remarquable" label by the French Ministry of Culture, this building with its industrial past has been given a new lease of life. The building's industrial past can be felt, but the redevelopment offers modular spaces with original perspectives. Sometimes compared to a boat or a spaceship, the building is a veritable architectural UFO.
Sleek lines and seventies furniture à la Pierre Paulin adorn the heart of the building, the second floor and the photo studio. An 8,000m2 park planted with trees and embellished with a pond offers another space with singular potential. Sculpted by natural light during the day, they transform into a vibrant space at night.
