Glass-roofed art gallery with private patio in the heart of Faidherbe village

An elegant art gallery nestled in the heart of Paris's 11th arrondissement, our luminous glass-enclosed space welcomes you in an atypical configuration. From the street, through a large glass door, you enter a 10m2 reception area, then a 32m2 square room with a 3.13m ceiling. On one side, a large glass window opens onto an 18m2 private patio. The white walls are fitted with picture rails for optimal hanging. You then pass under glass roofs into a large 50m2 room opening onto the patio via sliding glass doors, allowing fluid circulation between inside and outside. The white walls are fitted with picture rails along their entire length. The height to the ridge is 4m, where a large IPE-type metal beam is equipped with a ramp of 10 directional "Artémide Picto" spotlights. A 3m2 area includes a hand-washing station and a WC accessible to people with reduced mobility.
