Superb house, with beautiful light and careful decoration, always offering interesting angles for shots. It was clean and tidy, and the owner was very accommodating. She did everything to make things easy for us. I highly recommend it!
The place is lovely, with plenty of natural light for most of the day (depending on the room). The owners were friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, they had left the house as it was, without having cleaned it. All the furniture was very dusty, as were the floors. The veranda windows had not been cleaned, nor had the mirrors, etc.... What's more, there were too many clothes/shoes lying around in several rooms (corridors, bedrooms, landing, stairs). All this made it difficult to take our photos, and we lost a lot of time as a result. This was obviously not part of our day's planning. It's a shame to have such a pretty house but not take care of it. If it had been cleaned and tidied up, we'd have given it five stars. We warned the owners about these black spots.
A superb house, with a distinctive style that's very much in keeping with the times. We had two days of shooting and were very well received. Many decorative details enhanced the photos, and access to the whole house was a real plus. Thanks again and see you soon!
