Architect-designed house near the sea - Endoume
Located in Marseille, in the pretty Endoume district in the 7th arrondissement, just a few minutes' walk from the sea (Malmousque) in a quiet cul-de-sac and easily accessible, this contemporary 160 m² house offers an ideal setting for photo shoots, filming and creative productions. Very bright, it stands out for its large volumes, its exposed framework with numerous skylights and its modern and minimalist aesthetic.
The place offers an atmosphere that is at once pared-back, graphic and colorful, blending white walls, bold color accents, polished concrete and Mediterranean touches. The open spaces, natural light and architectural perspectives make it a particularly interesting backdrop for shots.
The spaces
The house consists of a large open living space including the living room and the kitchen, offering generous volumes and smooth circulation for filming teams. There is also a large open mezzanine with a glass railing.
The living room is distinguished by its polished concrete floor, its numerous plants and colorful and atypical artisanal objects that give the place a strong visual identity. A large concrete staircase with a Le Corbusier-inspired cut, open onto the room, also allows for original shots, particularly in a low-angle shot.
The kitchen, open to the living space, has a singular and graphic decoration, ideal for lifestyle, food or editorial shoots.
The house also has: a second living room, a bathroom, with several interesting perspectives thanks to the ceiling height and the volumes.
The exterior
The house opens onto a Provencal-style terrace and a leafy garden.
Access and logistics
The place is located in a cul-de-sac, which facilitates access and unloading of equipment for the crews. Access to the house is simple and practical for productions.
