Apartment and Wellness Space

Located on the 2nd floor of a building in the Old Port, this dual‑aspect apartment offers a unique setting with, on the left, the view over the port and the boats and Notre Dame de la Garde, and on the right, the Saint-Laurent Church. We share the view with another building.

The living room opens onto two very large windows for a tableau effect, with an interior bougainvillea and a crafted décor (angel wings, carefully designed decorative elements) that creates an ideal backdrop for video: interviews, podcasts, online courses, filmed masterclasses, yoga/well-being content, etc.

The apartment includes: a large bright living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, two tastefully decorated bedrooms (one by the port, one by the college), a contemporary bathroom (usable as a makeup/hairstyling suite or for beauty content), a wellness/sport space with selected equipment and a double infrared sauna, a yoga bench, a yoga hammock, a transformable rowing machine. an entrance vestibule that dampens the noise from the common areas.

The place was originally designed to host retreats, online content shoots and webinars. It is already used for stretching videos, coaching and live streams, which guarantees a practical setting for working and filming.

Ambience & acoustics The apartment is quiet for daytime filming: we have worked on insulation and the entrance vestibule limits stairwell noise. As in any building, there may occasionally be neighborhood noises; the space is suitable for small shoots, podcasts, interviews and filmed trainings. No evenings, no festive events.

The living room/kitchen space allows for multiple shooting angles:

quiet place for small shoots/webinars during the day

The place is reserved for calm shoots / recordings / meetings. Any requests for evenings, festive events or loud music will be refused.

The apartment has been entirely recreated; there are several spaces available. We share the view with another building. The main room, bathed in light, has views of the Port of Marseille and Notre Dame de la Garde, at the back of the building with which we share the view and on Saint-Laurent Church. We created this apartment as an exceptional wellness space. You can have the view of the Port and, at the same time, of the bougainvillea. We already use this space for videos.
