Our spacious 170 m² apartment, spread over the 1st and 2nd floors, is the perfect address for your stays in a professional setting. With a configurable capacity depending on the event, this space combines comfort, modernity and sociability.

Heating and air conditioning:

• Reversible air conditioning in the large living area including the lounge and dining area.
• Reversible air conditioning also in the accessible bedroom.
• Central heating with water radiators for optimal comfort.
• Wood-burning stove available to warm the coolest days.
• Auxiliary heating for additional comfort if necessary.

Living area: A large living space with a billiards table and an English roulette table for unforgettable evenings. A fully equipped and spacious kitchen, perfect for preparing good meals. A large convivial table able to accommodate up to 14 people. (possibility to add a second table).

Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, including one bathroom and a toilet adapted for people with reduced mobility (PRM).

A private outdoor space allowing parking for up to 5 cars, including 2 under a sheltered carport.
