With a breathtaking view of the Flèche Saint-Michel and a 100% wooden structure, this bright, crossing and raw space lends itself perfectly to photo shoots, filming and original creative projects.
Two large modular open spaces are at your disposal, connected by a central module in black wood designed to combine functionality and aesthetics. You will find integrated storage, a dressing room, a laundry room, a bathroom, a toilet, as well as three alcoves that can be used for intimate scenes, each alcove accommodating a 160x200 bed.
The interior design has been enhanced by the MaMADE Architecture agency, with designer and distinctive furniture that highlights the refined and modern atmosphere of the place, offering endless possibilities for video or photo capture artistic.
