This unique place, combining history and art, offers a 100m2 lounge with 9m high ceilings and a bright glass roof, ideal for filming, shoots or content creation. The collectible furniture and paintings on display (for which I hold the rights) bring a particular character and a sophisticated aesthetic to each scene.
The adjoining kitchen opens onto a tree-lined courtyard, ideal for exterior shots. As an option, two bedrooms and a painting studio are available to complete your project with varied decors. The garage-workshop, equipped with authentic tools, adds a unique option for industrial or artistic scenes.
For an extra touch of elegance or originality, it is possible to rent two classic cars – a white 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle convertible and a 1996 Cadillac Embassy – as well as a 1956 Manurhin scooter and a 1991 Harley Davidson motorcycle. Access is facilitated by the garage and parking spaces available.
