We offer a 150 m² Haussmann-style apartment for rent, perfect for your audiovisual projects.
The centerpiece of this space is a spacious 40 m² reception room, enhanced by an authentic fireplace, newly renovated Hungarian point parquet flooring, moldings, woodwork on the walls and an elegant rosette on the ceiling. Everything, completely repainted in white, combines with contemporary decoration, offering an inspiring and refined environment. A 25 m² dining room, equipped with an extending table, can accommodate 10 to 12 people, making this space functional for your interviews, seminars or shooting days.
An independent entrance corridor of 10 m², a recent addition to the apartment, is available for the storage of filming equipment or accessories for photo shoots. The apartment is bathed in natural light thanks to double glazing, offering your filming a calm and timeless setting with an enchanting view of magnificent Haussmann facades.

Super welcome, super space! Super-fluid communication with the owners, ultra-available and very warm. When we arrived, they immediately helped us with our belongings for the shoot.
