With an area of approximately 50,000 m² shared between fenced meadows and undergrowth, you benefit from an ideal natural environment for creativity. This location is ideal for filming, photo shoots, filming for documentaries or even the creation of advertisements requiring an immersive and original atmosphere. The spaces are completely flexible to meet your needs: exterior filming in sunny clearings, photo sessions in the shaded undergrowth, or even video recordings using the natural light of the location. We provide several distinct locations: equipped studios, independent houses, and even an unusual wooden frame house in the style of a gypsy caravan, perfect for atypical scenes. Each space benefits from a reliable high-speed Internet connection (2 professional subscriptions with wifi antennas covering the entire site), thus guaranteeing ideal technological support for your productions. In addition to the work spaces, you have access to a large salt swimming pool (5x10m, heated from May to October), ideal for aquatic scenes or simply for moments of relaxation for your team between takes. Additional equipment such as an aquabike is also available. For your crews or cast, on-site accommodation options are available, ranging from individual studios to self-catering houses that can accommodate up to 8-10 people. Each accommodation is completely independent, and the spaces can be private or shared according to your needs. Rates are decreasing in low season (September to June) with reductions proportional to the length of stay: -10% for 2 weeks, up to -50% for 4 weeks and more. When you rent on site, access to offices, common areas and Internet connection is offered free of charge in addition. Thanks to its location in Périgord Noir, in the heart of Europe, this unique place is easily accessible: just 30 minutes from Brive airport and around 2 hours from large cities such as Toulouse, Bordeaux or Limoges via the A20 and A89 motorways. This exceptional site also offers expanded filming potential with its neighboring historical monuments, its outdoor activities and its renowned gastronomic heritage. For example, your team can capture inspired scenes in the famous Jardins du Manoir d’Eyrignac or at the neighboring historic sites of Lot and Corrèze. Finally, we offer additional services for your breaks between filming sessions: guided tours, hikes, drivers, catering services or even guest tables.
