There are 2 co-working spaces on the same floor: all occupants can meet together in one or the other without any problem.

The first open sapce is a south-facing lounge/kitchen/dining room, so it's very bright. It can easily accommodate 8 to 10 people around the table and 6 in the lower lounge (an additional office room can be opened on request).

The second open space is a large, light-filled room facing north and south, overlooking the street and courtyard and offering unobstructed views. Furniture configuration is à la carte: a wooden dining table (6 to 8 people) + 3 desks, a sofa and a low lounge corner with a coffee table and 3 armchairs. A small, independent bedroom is ideal for working (small office area) & resting, of course. A shower and small washbasin are available. The lobby entrance distributes a coat rack, a small kitchnette and a small bar/office. The apartment has just been refurbished from top to bottom.

The second space is often used for work sessions, and the large living room for lunch or buffet meals.

The building is located on rue Lamartine, in the heart of the 9th arrondissement. Between Notre Dame de Lorette metro station (line 12) and Cadet metro station (line 7). Numerous bus routes. Bicycle parking in front of the building. We're a 5-minute walk from rue des Martyrs and rue Cadet, the "SO - Pï" (South Pigalle) district & the Montmartre district. Rue des Abbesses is a 15-minute walk away.
