Built in 1905 on the banks of the Marne, thirty minutes from Paris, this manor is a brick-and-stone house that has been fully renovated, where the charm of an early-20th-century residence meets a contemporary, bright interior.
The heart of the house is a spacious living room under a glass roof, opened to a chef's kitchen and a large reception table, bathed in natural light from morning to evening. A second TV room and library offer a more intimate atmosphere.
Outside, a French-style garden with a basin, fountain and stone terrace forms a rare and perfectly designed setting.
On the lower level, a cinema room and a games bar (pool/billiards, pinball, foosball, arcade machine) offer distinctive backdrops. The upper floors host four refined suites with bathrooms and a dormitory, i.e., five bedrooms, eleven beds and four bathrooms, ideal for dressing rooms, makeup or team stays.
