The entire ground-floor space is at your disposal and rented empty. Possibility of adding illuminated green backdrop as an option. (Two LEDs, two Amaran cobs/diffusers, green background installed).
White walls and white lino floor, easy to decorate. Cleaning will be done beforehand and the floor washed as much as possible. A few marks may be present on the white floor. Spacious and suitable for conversion.
The L-shaped space can be used for shooting as well as a dedicated area for production and crews. Natural light and curtain to block it out. Complete blackout impossible.

Separate toilets. Coffee machine available.
The mezzanine is inaccessible. Guests are present upstairs (production offices). We are as discreet as possible.
