Located on the second floor, the space is divided into two modular areas. The first features a relaxation area equipped with two sofas, armchairs, footstools and a TV with HDMI cable projection, providing a comfortable ambience ideal for collaborative scenes or visual creations. The second room incorporates a meeting table seating up to 8 people, ideal for interviews or more formal scenography. The space can also be configured for classroom training (18 people) or standing events for up to 25 participants.

The kitchen is accessible and functional, with oven and fridge, offering practical support for production teams. The space is also equipped with WIFI, HDMI cable and flipchart paper, optimizing the technical needs of image professionals.
