Le Patio - A haven of light just a stone's throw from Saint-Lazare

Located just a stone's throw from Saint-Lazare, this atypical venue nestles at the back of a quiet courtyard in a Haussmann-style building, and transports you into a bright, creative summer atmosphere. Halfway between an architect's house and an artist's studio, Le Patio offers a warm and inspiring setting for all your professional experiences: seminars, brainstorming sessions, team meetings, product launches or more convivial formats.

On the first floor, you enter into a large, flexible living room bathed in light thanks to a conservatory-style glass roof and a bay window in the roof. Perfectly equipped with flexible furniture, this space can easily be adapted to your needs (meeting, workshop, lunch, presentation, etc.). You'll also find a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, two toilets and even a shower, for extended days or filming.

In the souplex, a chill area designed as a colorful cocoon, and a confidential meeting room for 10 people, ideal for more intimate or strategic exchanges.

Facilities include: TV screen, sound system, flipcharts, high-speed Wi-Fi, fully-equipped kitchen, modular furniture, natural and mood lighting, air conditioning, PRM access on first floor.

In terms of decor, we've taken on a Memphis vibe that's organic, joyful and a little offbeat: free-form shapes, bold colors, unexpected textures... to get out of the box without ever losing focus.
