This space overlooks the front deck of the boat which offers an 80m2 terrace landscaped with tropical plants, an exceptional view of the Pont Alexandre III, the Invalides, the Eiffel Tower and the Grand Palais.
A teak table can accommodate 12 people seated, the space can accommodate 50 standing.
Inside, the kitchen extends towards the Wheelhouse, equipped with a table football with a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower and finally the living room, located at the rear of the boat, is equipped with state-of-the-art video equipment, Roche Bobois furniture, and a fireplace
On the rear deck of the boat, an outdoor lounge area with a view of the Eiffel Tower and the Pont des Invalides, from where you can admire the most beautiful sunsets in Paris, perfect for romantic shots or nocturnal atmospheres.
On the lower floor: 5 bedrooms including 4 with bathroom and 2 with their own WC.
A master suite with a King Size bed and view of the Alexandre III bridge, bathroom and toilet.
Two other suites with Italian-style bathroom and view of the Bridge (140 bed).
