On ground floor: a large L-shaped open space meeting room of 80m2 including work spaces, lounge areas, a kitchen area, a cloakroom, a piano, a connected bicycle + a 20m2 cinema room + a 20m2 storage space.
A staircase leads to the garden level.
On the garden level: a 95m2 plateau with lounge area, dining room and open kitchen with all the necessary equipment for a home chef, all overlooking the garden + 20m2 library office + WC with sink.
