The main room, a large 40 m² living room bathed in natural light, offers a clear view of the garden thanks to its two large bay windows with pockets. This unique setting allows for total immersion in nature, where each season brings captivating color palettes, ideal for enhancing your creations. The two terraces, facing north and south, offer varied perspectives which enrich the creative possibilities. Whether it is capturing a bright ambiance in the early morning or a warm atmosphere at sunset, the Atelier multiplies the visual scenarios. In addition, the house includes spaces designed for comfort such as a winter living room equipped with a stove and a fireplace. These installations allow you to vary the ambiance and extend your creative sessions in a warm atmosphere. In terms of logistics, Atelier PIC is perfectly adapted to the needs of professionals. The equipment includes modular spaces that can accommodate up to 12 participants for collaborative or team projects. The connection to nature soothes the spirits and stimulates inspiration, while the interior configuration will facilitate settings, whether intimate or elaborate. The bright, open surfaces also make it ideal for interviews or recordings requiring a clean, sophisticated setting. Located just 15 minutes from Deauville, 30 minutes from Caen and Le Havre, and 2 hours from Paris, Atelier PIC is easily accessible while enjoying absolute calm. This proximity to major urban centers makes it a strategic choice for teams coming from different backgrounds. On request, quality lunches can be organized on site, allowing you to concentrate fully on your projects without interruption. Prices adapt to needs: €30 per person per day for isolated riders, or €500 per day for a group of 12 people. Evening events, such as client presentations or staged cocktails, are also possible upon request.
