Welcome to our home!

We're delighted to welcome you to our superbly bright and well-equipped loft, where we've made everything available to you: all you have to do is bring your own food or cook on site.

Are you looking for a quiet, atypical place to find inspiration for a brainstorming session or a shoot?

Would you like to organize a birthday party, dinner with colleagues or a hen party?

We offer you a bright, intimate space with an indoor garden to realize all your desires.

East-facing, with magnificent glass roofs and a large indoor garden, our lounge includes a pedal piano, a guitar, 2 flat screens with projectors for your PowerPoint presentations and several works of art.

The kitchen opens onto the interior garden and features a large central island that doubles as a bar. You'll find all the appliances, plates, presentation trays, beverage fountains, silverware, tablecloths, napkins and kitchen utensils you need for a successful event.

If you want to take time out for a meeting or telephone conversation, you can take refuge in the library, which has 2 computer screens and 2 printers.

There's also a large Italian-style bathroom with a beauty bar, and a dressing table equipped with hairdryer and curling iron to refresh you.

Finally, there's a toilet cubicle equipped with towels for your convenience.

Nespresso coffee capsules and tins of tea are free of charge. So don't hesitate to help yourself!

We pay for the services of a professional cleaner for 3 hours before each service. We also have 4 types of chair covers, and you can choose the color (blue, orange, gold and red, terracotta) that suits your party theme 72 hours in advance.

Ideal for: Adult birthday parties, Baby showers, Dinners / receptions / cocktails

Participants can bring their own alcohol Outside food is permitted Participants can cook on site.

Nota bene: 1) Pets are not allowed. 2) We advise you to always bring a bluetooth speaker as a backup, in case you encounter difficulties setting up your cell phone with the Alexa connected speakers. 3) Please: Put dirty dishes away in the dishwasher. Take out your rubbish when you leave
